Bushfire Planning & Design Manager
Hamish joined Terramatrix in March 2012 as the manager of the Bushfire Planning and Design Unit. He brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic and statutory land use planning and management of remnant bushland reserves for both State and local government.
He has previously been a Senior Environmental Planner and Park Ranger at Manningham and worked in various land management roles at Parks Victoria, DSE & Shire of Sherbrooke.

Nancy Easton

Business Manager, Analyst
Nancy joined Terramatrix in April 2009 and fills the dual role of Business Manager and Analyst. She has a background in data analysis and intelligence in a range of emergency service organisations. Nancy has served with the Metropolitan Police, London and later the South Australian force as an intelligence analyst determining local policing priorities and planning police operations.
Nancy also spent a year in the Civil Resilience Directorate of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (UK) as Manager Human Factors, a role that involved research and strategic planning for terrorism and other catastrophic events in the United Kingdom. More recently she was Project Officer - Strategy and Knowledge with the Australasian Fire and Emergency Services Council, involved in the development of the AFAC Knowledge Web and with the data management group.

Catherine joined Terramatrix as an Analyst in September 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Natural Resources Management with Honours and an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture from the University of Melbourne.
Catherine has spent time working as a Research Officer at the Centre for Risk and Community Safety RMIT, as an Emergency Coordination Unit Project Officer in the State Emergency Coordination Centre and as the Planning and Knowledge Project Officer at the Land and Fire Management Division of Department of Sustainability and Environment (DSE).
At Terramatrix, Catherine has project managed the development of a fire management plan for the Mornington Peninsula Freeway Reserve, been heavily involved in auditing railway fire prevention and completed numerous Wildfire Management Overlay reports across the state.
